A restaurant loyalty program connected to your POS
The 4Labs PRO points club records rewards at checkout. Review balances, tiers and redemptions within the same restaurant system; guests carry their QR membership card on their phone.

What makes a loyalty program survive its first month
Points post with the sale, not with the cashier's memory
Crediting is triggered by payment inside the database. It makes no difference whether the check closed on the server's POS, at the register, split four ways, or on a tablet that spent half the night offline: there is no screen anyone can skip.
- Every payment path credits the same way, with no exceptions.
- Voiding a sale returns the points, including any that were redeemed on it.
- The balance is a ledger, not a loose number: every point says where it came from.

The card lives on the guest's phone
The member signs up with their number, confirms it over WhatsApp, and gets a card with a QR code. At the counter you scan it, the check is linked, and points post on their own at payment. No plastic, no stamps, no separate notebook.
- Scanned from the same payment screen, with the tablet's camera.
- The card's code is not the record's id, so it can't be guessed.
- Anyone who has booked before is already in the address book, and the club reuses that record instead of duplicating it.

Tiers and promotions the restaurant decides
How many points each colón earns, what can be redeemed and for how much: all configured per location. On top of that go scheduled promotions, a birthday bonus, and tiers that rise with accumulated spend.
- Tier comes from lifetime spend, so redeeming never demotes anyone.
- When two promotions apply, the best one wins. They never stack.
- Points can be granted per product, not only per check total.

What's included, at no extra charge
Auditable balance
Every movement keeps its reason, its order, and its date. The balance can be rebuilt in full.
Redemption lowers the check
It lands as a discount on the receipt, not a voucher someone has to remember to apply.
Optional expiry
If enabled, the oldest points expire first and the process runs on its own overnight.
Scheduled promotions
Multipliers by day and hour, in Costa Rica time. Set once, they run themselves.
Birthday bonus
Extra points on the member's day, without anyone reviewing a list.
Balance per location or shared
Each location with its own club, or one balance across the chain. Switch without touching anything else.
Off until you want it
No location ships with it on. You turn it on once the program is defined.
Members recover their own account
With a code sent to their email. No calling the restaurant and no signing up again.
Frequently asked questions.
How does a guest sign up?+
With their phone number. They get a code over WhatsApp, confirm it, and the card stays in their phone's browser; nothing to install. On the floor, a server can also enroll them from the check detail.
What happens if a sale that earned points is voided?+
The reversal is written automatically. And if something had been redeemed on that same check, those points go back to the member's balance. The ledger stays square with nobody fixing anything by hand.
Do points expire?+
Only if you configure it. When enabled, the oldest expire first and the process runs overnight on its own. The usual move is to leave it off at launch and decide once the program is running.
Does it work with several locations?+
Yes, both ways: each location with its own balance, or a single club where a guest earns at one and redeems at another. Switching doesn't touch the rest of the system.
